Releasing a Mechanic's Lien in Missouri

The lien release form contains the following information: 1) lien claimant's name and address; 2) owner's name and address; 3) address of the property subject to the lien; and 4) information about the filed lien such as date of filing, location filed (whether with the clerk of court or county recorder's office), and amount of the lien.
