The Montana Uniform Probate Code (UPC), codified under Title 72 of the Montana Code, governs probate in that state.
A personal representative (PR), who may also be referred to as either an executor or administrator, is the fiduciary appointed to manage the decedent's estate. The personal representative's deed of distribution is an instrument used in probate proceedings as evidence that a distributee has succeeded to the decedent's interest in real property ( 72-3-904, MCA).
PR deeds must meet all state and local standards, and may need supporting information, depending on the situation. Record the completed deed in the county clerk/recorder's office of the county wherein the subject property is located to transfer title to distributees. This transaction requires a Realty Transfer Certificate, but no sales information as per 15-7-307(9), MCA.

Some of the filings, if they are correctly formatted are already uploaded and official within a few hours. Here's the ALTERNATIVE you may encounter. For Example: King County Recorder's Office moved which means most filings are backed up 7-10 days if you DROP your filing in a BOX with your CHECK or MAIL IT. Neither is a great option, since they have no WALK IN HOURS.

Thought from the reviews and claims, it would be able to do our quit claim deed. Maybe for simple situations it works but ours required more room for the description and parcel numbers. Ended up being a total waste of $40.00. Wouldn't buy again. It is no better than the free forms you can find online.

TODD Form would not print surveyor degrees character (superscript "o") in Exhibit A. It also would not print the "Return Address" or "Prepared By" entries with my middle name as your example showed.
