The affidavit guidance was a great help and helped reduce the stress that usually comes with dealing with legalese. The Preliminary Change of Ownership that CA requires is quite complex since it covers a hoard of situations. I was left with a bit of uncertainty, but I definitely wouldn't want to try it without guidance.

These guys saved the day! Very good at what they do and deliver AS ADVERTISED!! My county's recorder's office was closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recorder's office did not offer the service I needed online. Easy to use website and immediate documents appropriate for my area. My only complaint is that the forms had an alignment problem where the fields that were filled in by me did not line up with the template text. I tried to correct it to no avail so I ended up having to retype the entire document. I purchased two templates and both had the same issue.
