A Lis Pendens Notice is filed when actions are brought that affect title to real property. Typically by the Plaintiff (or in case any defendant sets up an affirmative cause of action and demands relief which shall affect the title to real estate, he or she may, at the time of filing such answer or at any time afterwards, file with the clerk or register of deeds of each county in which the real estate thus to be affected, or any part thereof, is situated, a notice of the pendency of such action.) (NRS. 25-531)
(From the time of filing such notice the pendency of such action shall be constructive notice to any purchaser or encumbrancer to be affected thereby. Every person whose conveyance or encumbrance is subsequently executed or subsequently recorded shall be deemed to be a subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer and shall be bound by all proceedings taken in the action after the filing of such notice to the same extent as if he or she were made a party to the action.) Your forms are great but I couldn’t use them with my computer and acrobats reader didn’t work. And then my thermal printer would only print 1/3 size pages with no way to fix it. I ordered a new color printer and we’ll see what happens.

That shrunken page is typical of thermal printers: most use narrow receipt or label paper, so a full page gets scaled down to fit, and no setting can change that. Thermal paper also fades over time, which you don't want on a document you're recording, so the new printer is the right call. When it arrives, print on plain white paper with “Actual size” selected in the print settings so the page comes out full size with its margins intact. If Acrobat Reader gives you trouble again, save the form to your computer first and open the saved file in Acrobat Reader rather than in your web browser. Still stuck? Death of JT form was excellent. You have the best documents out there. I wish I could have read the sample just so I knew my information was entered correctly. Real problem is County wants a bar code on documents to get recorded. Now? Need four deed forms so the expense starts to be prohibitive. I would rather pay more and get multiple access.

Very satisfied. Download was easy, completing the form was easy, got our signatures notarized and submitted it to the register of deeds. The only item was that the register of deeds did not immediately recognize the TOD deed form as the usual form they receive.
