(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.
The only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

I used deeds.com to complete a gift deed for transferring a house to our son. Finding the correct form and completing it correctly was extremely easy due to wonderful explanations and examples provided with the purchase of the form. The registrar filing the deed told me she was impressed with the work we did. An attorney would have charged $150 so the $28.00 was well worth the money.
