(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. The deed form is hard to fill in. There is no way to fill in the county in the "reviewed by" section. Also, there is no place for the Grantee's address on the form. I had to include it in the fill-in space for the legal description.

The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.
