(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. The Personal Representatives Deed is definitely a helpful document for my files. I find it need just a little tweaking by deeds.com , There should be more space for the legal description. I did see in the FAQ's you recommend putting it in the Exhibit and this is what I did. Also I couldn't get the year to be accepted and had to write it in. These are just some minor suggestions, on the whole I was grateful to find this document. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the document I downloaded. I was able to edit it easily and save a copy both as a permanent copy or one that could still be edited. I also liked being able to cut and paste longer paragraphs. It cost a little more than I expected; however, it was worth it be cause I didn't have to fill it out by hand. Great job!

I purchased the Notice of Completion form because the City of Chula Vista did not have a "fillable" version of this form on their website. The Deeds.com version of this form is somewhat different than the City's version (8 numbered paragraphs vs. 11 numbered paragraphs.) However, it contains the same information in a different format. This form provided more blank space to fill in important items- like a long ownership name- than the version on the City's website. The recorder's office was satisfied with this form as I hand-delivered it to the Recorder's Office and they approved it for recording. Overall, I found this form easy to use and found the extra blank space for writing on the form helpful. My one comment for possible improvement is: it would be even more helpful (particularly for attorney users) to have strike-out capability. I would have liked having the ability to strike-out inapplicable portions of long awkward sentences. Still, I would use this form again.

Sounds like you may be trying to complete the form in your browser. The document needs to be downloaded and saved to you computer, then opened in Adobe.

The Mineral Deed transfer form was pretty good. Could have used more info in the guide about where to find legal property descriptions and source of title. Also more space on the pdf for entering return addresses - there was room for only one; I needed three. I will be sending the form to the County Courthouse soon. I hope it works.
