(At any time after such notice of pendency is recorded, the party on whose behalf the same was filed or the party's attorney of record may cause the notice to be canceled in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds of any county in which the notice has been filed or recorded. Such cancellation may be made by written release in the same manner as such cancellations are entered on order of the court.) (NRS 25-531)

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. This was easy to use and only contained one glaring error-where to send the completed form to finish the process. I’ve completed the form, does this mean I get the amended deed sent to me? I think not.

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.
