Nevada Conditional Waiver upon Final Payment.
Under NRS 108.2457(5)(c), lien claimants use this form when a required by the client to execute a waiver and release in exchange for or to encourage a customer to make payment of a final billing. The lien claimant is not paid in exchange for the waiver and release (or a single payee check or joint payee check is given in exchange for the waiver and release), so the lien is not actually waived until final payment clears, not including any disputed amount.

I am beginning to beliece that there is no search intrrfaxe here; just a long list of instructions full of circular references that simply tuns the researcher around and around to the same pages repeatedly. The "Trustee's Deed" should have been labeled a Deed of Trust because that's what it really is. So now I just wasted $19.97 getting something I can't use.

I thought the website was good. But once I paid the money and downloaded the papers I needed for Grays Harbor. I had to end up calling a escrow company that we had worked with only to find out that they work with a slightly different version. The escrow company was kind enough to email me the version Grays Harbor recommends and uses. There is a chance I could use theses in the future.
