Once filed this Notice of Lis Pendens becomes (constructive notice to a purchaser or encumbrancer of the property concerned; and any person whose conveyance is subsequently recorded shall be considered a subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer and shall be bound by all the proceedings taken after the recording of the notice to the same extent as if he were made a party to the said action.) I'm an attorney. I see youve mixed up the terms "grantor" and "grantee" and their respective rights in this version. Anyone using it like this might have title troubles down the line.

I did not like the size of the Warranty Deed form which took 2 pages to print. It should be no larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches. I did not like that I could not reformat it to be smaller, could not eliminate unused lines, could not delete the excessive 4 signature lines, could not copy or paste into text editor. Very unsatisfactory rating.
