A Notice of Pendency can be filed in action that affects title to real property (or the possession, use or enjoyment of, real property, except in a summary proceeding brought to recover the possession of real property.) The Notice is a powerful tool because it provides constructive notice (from the time of filing of the notice only), that the property is under litigation and would be purchasers and encumbrancers could be held to the outcome of the litigation. Although not a lien a Notice of Pendency in effect acts like a lien. Such Notice of Pendency shall contain:
Names of the parties
Legal description of the affected property
Object of the complaint (Statute 6501.)
This Notice of Pendency has ample space to enter multiple parties
(plaintiffs and defendants)

This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I had originally gone to another site for a Warranty Deed & they wanted double the amount of your price & their website had no examples forms. I am so happy with your site & service. The site is fine with one exception. About half the pdf files I downloaded were corrupted. I could not open them or view their contents. Fortunately, the link continued to work, so after I discovered this, I downloaded the corrupted files again, and they now seem fine. I do not know if my computer or the website caused this odd problem.
