Although not a lien a Notice of Pendency in effect acts like a lien. Such Notice of Pendency shall contain:
Names of the parties
Legal description of the affected property
Object of the complaint (Statute 6501.)
This Notice of Pendency has ample space to enter multiple parties
(plaintiffs and defendants)

This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. It would be helpful if there were a specific example of putting a deed into a trust. Also, the limitation of characters on the description of the property was not enough.
