Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original mortgage serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. Words of conveyance are unnecessary because the property rights were transferred when the borrower and lender signed the mortgage.

It wasn't really what I needed I read and read and read and read and I thought I was to do with for filing for probate or probate executor but instead it was for the property if you are executor and but it wasn't very clear on that so it didn't work for me so I was kind of wasted money

I just submitted a beneficiary deed and it was accepted immediate and then recorded the next day! I like that I receive email messages notifying me of the process.
