It was OK but unfortunately useless. The jurisdictions are now requesting that documents such as Notices of Commencement not only be recorded at their offices, but also certified. This last service is not provided by Deeds, or at least I could not find it in your website and did not receive a response when I asked if you did. Thus, we are going back to traditional means of recording/certifying

5 Stars isn't enough! I worked with KVH today (12-30-20) to get some deeds filed in Dallas County before the end of the year. Timing was critical and I thought my only option was to record in person. I am a lawyer and purchased a specialized type of deed for a special scenario. The product received was functional, but not great. Wording is slightly clunky and the form layout was not convenient for making a professional final product. The wording also didn't contemplate a remote-state probate, which is a common scenario. Something about the PDF prevented me from doing cut and paste, so I had to do OCR to get the relevant text for inserting in my existing draft deed. Finally, while the site claims it is customized for the exact state and county, it does not appear to be well-customized for that purpose and I had to use other language (not sourced from the deeds.com document) to meet local norms.

Really solid system for determining what may prevent your documents from being accepted. I love the comments section allowing for fluid communication. I only wish there were automated emails for all those communications and once documents were accepted, but I did receive a couple personally-generated emails regarding the progress instructing me to check the site.
