Process was easy. The instructions for TOD and a sample completed form was very helpful. E-recording of deed saved a trip to the county building and well worth the very reasonable charge.

The form itself was very good and easy to use. The only problem I had was the Sample they provided. Using a different name in every spot doesnt help determine what goes where. Using "Theodore Rockafeller" as Lien Claimant in one spot and Jebediah Finklestein in another then Harvey Johnson in the last spot is confusing if you really need a helpful sample.

This service is WONDERUL. I spent 14 years trying to get a deed recorded properly. Deeds.com kept submitting and resubmitting after corrections until it was finally accepted. They did in one day what I couldn't get done in 14 years!

Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. The service was great but after I did all my work and uploaded the documents they canceled my stuff because the county they had on the list doesnt take/or have set up e-recording yet. It was a bit disappointing because thats the only reason I was on here is because it brought me here from that countys sight.
