Forms easy to download but experienced problems trying to type in my information into the forms. Then when I went to print a form, Adobe wanted to charge me for printing. I ended up printing the blank forms and then filling them out manually.

I needed a Contest of Lien form and was told by our County Department that the forms could be obtained online. Disappointed. Description of Lien discharge form does not indicate it is specific to Mechanic liens. I'm inexperienced with liens & should have contacted someone before I ordered.

Not user friendly, and not an Adobe fan. The first page of Quitclaim Deed form cuts off the Parcel Identification line on the bottom. Also quite a few forms showed up to be downloaded , after I paid, so I was unsure if all the forms were part of the quitclaim package. I have adobe but was unable to locate the forms in adobe on my computer after I downloaded them. Just wanted to print out one quitclaim deed form, which would have taken less that 3 minutes. instead it took 97 minutes. Thank you, though, for having the form there.

It was very easy to order,download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly
