I'm not too bright and I made a mess of things when I tried to create my own deed. It was lucky that I found the forms here after so many of my personal failures. It's good that the pros know what they are doing.

Needed a Limited Power of Attorney form for a real estate transaction in another state. Proper form came up immediately and was fairly easy to complete. I think the sample completed form should have been more completely explained in layman's language instead of legalese (such as person granting permission instead of grantor or something like your name and address and the person who will be signing on your behalf) but since the form was one price no matter how many ways it was printed out, it was fine. I just filled it out several ways and had it notarized and sent it to my sister. Whichever combination is appropriate she and the lawyer will have. I found the site easy to navigate

Thank you for your service. It seems to have worked, I printed a document purporting to be the Deed I needed. I was somewhat disappointed though - I was expecting something as impressive as the Title Search, which goes back to 1828 and includes Millard Fillmore, admittedly not one of our most celebrated Presidents. But I am happy to have what I have, and thank you again!

I was very pleased to find ONLINE, Deed Revision Document(s) and their explanation. I ordered these document Forms, downloaded them and Printed them. Now, I will be able to fill them out in the privacy of my home. Instructions were also included, how to file this new Deed, after I complete it and have it Notarized. This has saved me time and emotional stress following the death of my husband.
THANK YOU.
