Required information:
1. (The name of the court in which the action has been commenced or is pending)
2. (The names of the parties to the action)
3. (The nature and purpose of the action; and)
4. (A description of the property to be affected thereby)
A North Carolina Lis Pendens can be filed:
1. At or any time after a suit is filed
2. (At or any time after the real property has been attached, or)
3. (At or any time after the filing of an answer or other pleading in which the pleading party states an affirmative claim for relief falling within the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.) ( 1-116)

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). Great service! I downloaded the Quit Claim Deed package and I'm so grateful I did. The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

I had an issue due to the fact that I had many beneficiaries. I was and still am not sure how to handle this. We do have Adobe Pro and can modify the form, if needed. But I would like to talk to your organization for more information.
