As a first time user and not having knowledge of how your site worked it was awkward to upload a file and not know what to do next. I found out there is nothing to do next but that after some time looking for a submit button or some kind of confirmation that I was doing the right thing. Ended up being very easy, just wasted time trying to figure out what to do when there was nothing left to do.

Needed to remove a deceased person from my mother's title. I live in another state. Deeds.com made it SO EASY to accomplish. I loved the example forms showing me how to fill out the forms that were provided. It went incredibly well at the County offices (all 3 departments!). Definitely will use Deeds.com again!

Thank you for your excellence form services. I can download all the forms easily. If you have the guide on how to fill out all of those forms, that more helpful for me. I don't know how the use E-Recording? Can you tell me how? If my friends ask me about the legal forms services, I will tell them to use your Website. Might be adequate if I was desperate. Formatting screams amateur hour -- not a legal issue but likely to invite closer scrutiny when filed. Instructions were supposed to be county-specific but directed me to call the recorder to ask them how to fill out part of the form. Not planning to use the form and would not purchase it again. I could probably do better by uploading some examples and the original mortgage from the Recorder's website into Claude along with the transaction-specific information and asking Claude to prepare a more professional release.

Aaron, we’re sorry the form and instructions did not meet your expectations. Your order has been canceled and your payment refunded. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with preparing the release in the way that works best for your situation.
