This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). I have one suggestion and couple of question
I would think that most TOD's would be from married couples. It would be real helpful to have a example of the I(we) block for married couples.
Why would I check or not check the "property is registered (torrents)"

Price seemed high (~$28) for just some forms (especially because we may not actually use the forms), but it beats navigating the Hawaii state and Honolulu county websites for forms. It would be better if a single button push would download all 7 or 8 forms.

Please change on the example for the warranty deed the portion that says Source of Title:
They don't use book and pages anymore They only use recording numbers. Please show an example with that for Maricopa County AZ
Plus your Notary certificates should have a blank part for if it is signed in another state.
