Use this form to discharge a previously recorded mortgage of record. (The certificate of discharge must contain a brief description of the mortgage and must state that the mortgage has been paid in full or otherwise satisfied and discharged and that the officer is authorized to discharge the mortgage of record.) (The mortgagee)/lender (shall present the certificate of discharge to the recorder for recording in the county in which the property is located within thirty days after the certificate of discharge is signed. The mortgagee may add the amount of the recording fee to the balance of the debt paid by the mortgagor.) This form can be (signed by the mortgagee, the mortgagee's executors, administrators, guardians, trustees, assigns, personal representatives, or special administrators appointed for that purpose, properly acknowledged or proved and certified as prescribed by chapter 47-19.) The process was easy going. The process is one thing, the results another. I have attempting to resolve this matter, of claiming sole ownership of the property for several YEARS. I lost my Bride of 65 years in 2015. A lawyer I hired failed in his attempt, so I'm waiting to see the actual results. I am not so happy. I did find and purchase the document I needed. But there is one problem. It is in Adobe PDF format only. I cannot enter information into the form.
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you may have been trying to complete the document in your browser instead of downloading the PDF and completing it on your computer. The PDF forms are fill in the blank, that's one of the reasons we use that format.

Your instructions and sample are geared towards businesses. It would have been helpful to have included some for us individuals as married couples as well. I also recall one or two spelling errors on the form that I could not fix, and the instructions seem to be for a prior form. This particular registry also required a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of documents. Hey, you asked! Overall, pleased.
