Releasing a Mechanic's Lien in Oklahoma
Liens that expire or are otherwise no longer valid must be released. In order to release property from a mechanic's lien, a lien release form needs to be executed. There is no statutory lien release form, although under principles of contract law and the potential for civil damages caused by the lien, a lien claimant should release property when the lien is no longer justified.
In Oklahoma, the lien claimant must execute a form stating the lien has been paid off and should therefore be released and discharged from the record by the county clerk. The clerk is then authorized and directed to enter the satisfaction of the Lien onto the Lien Journal.

Thought from the reviews and claims, it would be able to do our quit claim deed. Maybe for simple situations it works but ours required more room for the description and parcel numbers. Ended up being a total waste of $40.00. Wouldn't buy again. It is no better than the free forms you can find online.

To call an affidavit of minor correction a Correction Deed in your descriptions is incorrect. They are two different products. I did not intend to purchase an affidavit. I intended to purchase a Correction Deed.

Great product. It would be better if the document files were not embedded within other files. It made downloading a little confusing. The titles of the forms did not match exactly word for word, which required a lot of back and forth to make sure I had downloaded the proper document. What would be great is if once you download a document, the hyperlink changed color, or somehow denoted the document had been downloaded. Just a suggestion. You have my email address if you have questions. STILL! Five stars for you guys. I would not let that hiccup dissuade me from buying any form package from you guys. Thanks!

I was able to download the TOD deed form with no issues and it showed immediately. I appreciate that there is a sample provided on how to complete the form. Once downloaded this form is yours and can be changed ,if you make an error. This form is not complicated and is recognized by the County Court House where I filed the document.
