Sending the contractor a request for a list of laborers and material suppliers requires the contractor to provide a complete list of all laborers and material suppliers who have furnished labor and/or materials for the improvement of the property. The form also demands a mailing address and any other available contact information from each of the laborers and subcontractors along with an accounting of whether those parties have been paid in full or in part.
