This power of attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney given, except any power of attorney for health care under ORS 127.505 to 127.660. This is a Durable Power of Attorney as provided by ORS 127.005, this power of attorney is to take effect immediately and is not terminated or affected by the principal's subsequent disability or incapacity.
Governing Law. The validity and construction of this power of attorney shall be determined under Oregon law.
This power of attorney offers broad and sweeping powers and is fully formatted for recording if you so wish to do so.

After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. The help is all there, we just needed to read and study it - the "Example" helped alot. We were able to complete the Document per your online form(s) and then take it to be signed/notarized - and take the completed paper document to the Registry -- and it is now all registered and we are All Set. rn Took the morning (only). I called the county clerk office yesterday that i wanted to get a deed e-filed and recorded. I was told they are not accepting documents in person because of the COVID 19 pandemic that I have to mail it. I found Deeds.com online and in less than 24hrs i have my document.
