Quite simple and easy. Only one critique: It would be easier if the names of the PDF would reflect the name of the deed/form such as 'Controlling tax return' rather than '1579101185SF56863.pdf'. However I love downloading forms rather than mail.

Very happy! This was a very easy to use web site, the form came with directions and an example, both were very helpful. I will absolutely use Deeds.com in the future.

The best people to work with! Thank you for all you do. We send documents from all states to Deeds.com to record for us. They are professional, keep us updated and always notify us if there is an issue with one of our documents prior to sending to recording and that saves us money and time! Thank you!!

Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.

Thank you for your feedback. Order and payment for the incorrect order has been canceled. Have a wonderful day.

I receive the specific legal forms that I needed as well as a guide on how to fill out the form. Very pleased. I saved $300.00 in lawyers fees by filling out the Quickclaim deed myself.

Works easy enough and good directions on the form, however no help when I got locked out. Had to do a completely new account name and email address.

This platform made electronic filing of a lien easy and quick. I was able to accomplish everything from my laptop and phone, and the fees were reasonable. I would recommend deeds.com for efiling property related documents.

I thought the forms were reasonably priced, the instructions included in the packet were thorough, and the examples helpful. Thank you for the additional CDR forms too. I contacted the Recorder's office via email with a question and Jennifer Bowser answered promptly. Job well done! However, when I delivered the deed and Real Property Transfer Declaration to the Clerk's office in Lafayette, the clerk was unfamiliar with the Declaration document being submitted and it took some time to convince her to submit the form without charging the recording fee. She even tried to phone the recorder's office for clarification, but no one answered. There then was an additional form at that office that I had to complete called Recording Request/Transmittal Form. I would suggest including that form with instructions in your on-line packet to speed up the process when a Deed is delivered to the County Clerk's satellite office. I do not expect every clerk to know all the particulars of recording requirements but a little knowledge wouldn't hurt.

Wonderful forms as long as you know what you need. Do some research ahead of time so you can avoid looking like an idiot ordering the incorrect form for your situation.
