The website was very easy to navigate and I found it easy to get the documents I needed. I also found the price to be reasonable for ease of use and assistance provided in the deed guide and sample. I will definitely keep this website in mind for my legal docs.

It was very easy to order, download, and print. The only issue I have is that the guide that came with my form really did not help me filling it out. I feel the explanations could have been better and suited more for the standard person. I was still confused when filling it out and will probably have to get a lawyer to make sure it's filled out correctly

The Beneficiary Deed is easy to fill out, expecially with the examples/explanations provided. The only recommendation I would make is to state that the Parcel ID and the Assessor's ID are one in the same. I looked everywhere for something that mentions "Assessor's ID" in my paperwork to no avail. Upon calling the Maricopa Assessor's number in Maricopa I was told that they are the same.

The staff at Deeds.com was very patient and ensured the deed was in the correct format for recording. Had I tried to record it myself, it would have been rejected, as I did not have the home address for the 2 witnesses. I would definitely recommend deeds.com

Reply from Staff

Thanks for the kind words, Daniel. Witness address requirements catch a lot of people off guard. Glad we could get everything squared away before it hit the recorder's desk. We appreciate the recommendation.
