Upon completion of the contract or improvement and upon receipt of the contract price, the contractor must deliver by registered mail or otherwise to the owner or owners of the real property a sworn affidavit stating that all liens have been paid in full or will be paid in full no later than ten (10) days from the date a bill is rendered for such services. Tenn. Prop. Code 66-11-205. The sworn affidavit must be executed and signed in the presence of a notary public.
The notice identifies the parties, the location and nature of the work or improvements, relevant dates, and anything else necessary for the specific situation.

I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents. I had everything done electronically only to hit a brick wall doing warp speed when it came to this last part. So far everything is going super smooth and very easy. Thank you for the prompt instructions on the download and installation. The only problem I had was trying to input data into the form once I renamed the form.and saved it. I was unable to change the size of the font and was very frustrated. In the end I finally had to redo the entire form through Word using your format.

The Personal Representatives Deed is definitely a helpful document for my files. I find it need just a little tweaking by deeds.com , There should be more space for the legal description. I did see in the FAQ's you recommend putting it in the Exhibit and this is what I did. Also I couldn't get the year to be accepted and had to write it in. These are just some minor suggestions, on the whole I was grateful to find this document. Thank you.
