Upon completion of the contract or improvement and upon receipt of the contract price, the contractor must deliver by registered mail or otherwise to the owner or owners of the real property a sworn affidavit stating that all liens have been paid in full or will be paid in full no later than ten (10) days from the date a bill is rendered for such services. Tenn. Prop. Code 66-11-205. The sworn affidavit must be executed and signed in the presence of a notary public.

The filled out form could have been placed on the real form then deleted with current info. Form quite simplified but example & help good.

Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. I tried 3 local attorneys and got no where , wrong information, to busy and another one was very rude. One said he'd do it then didn't. I was so stressed and tried a different online form company advertising an in person attorney within hours. They did call back but gave me the wrong answer.
