I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. The certification of trust looks fine to me. I printed it and filled it out and had it notarized today. I have not sent it to the company that wants it yet so that will be the test. They are very picky. If they have any comment I will let you know.

You form was good the only thing that did not work was the download to fill it out !!! I use a Mac system and maybe that's what the issue was. I filled it out by hand and it worked for the purpose .
