Ultimately, it directed me to the wrong form. Not very helpful. I had to turn to a title company to get my issue addressed.

Needed to remove a deceased person from my mother's title. I live in another state. Deeds.com made it SO EASY to accomplish. Waiting for response to questions about TOD deed. Language doesn't accommodate more than one Grantor and user cannot edit language.
