In this form the Principal(s), appoint a second party, attorney-in-fact to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms the Attorney in Fact deems appropriate for the purchase and financing of the real property specifically described. Included is a "Special Instructions" section where the attorney-in-fact's powers can be further limited and/or defined.
This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
Shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Tennessee that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Tennessee.
This power of attorney terminates upon a predetermined date.

Very helpful, with blank and sample completed documents. The only thing I was confused about was the "legal description" of my property. The documents weren't too helpful on what that meant. Otherwise they were great. It saved me $200 to prepare these myself.

I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! I didn't spend over an hour driving around, talking to someone via a kiosk to record the deed, didn't have to spend the energy of loading kids into the car to come with me, etc. The efficiency and timely process is worth the cost! Not totally satisfied as unable to edit as needed on signature page of the deed. I want to be able to date the document and don't want the verbage "signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of" to appear and cannot remove it. The notary will make his or her own statement below as to the date executed.
