This power of attorney shall become effective immediately upon the execution of same and pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 34-6-101 et seq. and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."
This power of attorney is formatted for recording in the Tennessee County, where the subject property is located and terminates upon a date provided by the principle. Therefore 60, 90, 120 days, etc. can be allotted for the sale.

Review: Easement deed contract was easy to complete, however after additional research raises some concerns because the Ohio deed does not list a requirement for witness signatures and does not provide lines or an area for witness signatures. The document does provide the necessary area for the notary information and the grantor and grantee.
