Quick and easy to use. I was able to download the Transfer on Death Deed form to my computer so that I can read through and fill them out at a later time. That made it convenient and "no pressure". The complimentary guide and completed example that came with the form was also very helpful.

Best Way EVER to record a warranty deed! It was nice to not have to drive anywhere and find the facility closed or "unable to process due to covid19 and buildings being closed". The correspondence between me and deeds.com was very timely in our back and forth email correspondence, and the processing was all finished in a timely manner. Totally worth the extra $15 that I paid in addition to the recording fee. I would use this again and again. My time and the efficiency of the job completed is worth the money.

Using www.deeds.com was super ez even for a non-technical person like me, it saved me lots of time and the instructions and communications were great,I was able to file my deed online in half a day with most of that time taken up by the jurisdiction I filed with processing my submittal.

Easy access to forms saving lots of time researching reqmts from a State/Municipal Govt website. I saved 400-500 in lawyer fees but getting these forms, and coordinating with the Property recorders office in another state. Will use you again.

Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. I definitely don't mind paying the fee which I thought was reasonable.
