The major problem is too expensive, particularly sometime, only few words need to file correction deed which cost 20 dollars!!

The process went smoothly and gave me what I needed. As an improvement, I would recommend that deeds.com sends an email when there is a new message in the portal. I didn't get any updates and had to log in to track progress each time.

It would help if pages of a document indicated 1 of 3 etc. When I downloaded the TOD guide I got a 4th page though it only showed 3 on the screen.

Site is very well laid out and easy to use. My only issue is that it wouldn't allow me to change my password, so I'm stuck with the "temporary" one. Not a big deal, but I would have preferred to change it.
