This is an initial review of Deeds.Com and the ordering process for their Quit Claim package for Virginia. The ordering process was very easy and the price seems reasonable for what you get. I liked the ease of locating the document I needed and the sample document was extremely helpful. I would have liked the acknowledgement to be on the same page as the rest of the document. It costs for each page recorded.
