It was easy to download. And your guide was informative as was the completed form for an example. But I wish that I had been able to edit the forms online and then print. My handwritten info is just not as crisp.

Not totally satisfied as unable to edit as needed on signature page of the deed. I want to be able to date the document and don't want the verbage "signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of" to appear and cannot remove it. The notary will make his or her own statement below as to the date executed.

I tried to use the free stuff you find on the internet. You quickly find out that free is rarely ever (never) free. Even worse, the long term cost can be immeasurable. Glad I realized that before I got too far in. Do yourself a favor, spend a few bucks up front to get the right forms.

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. I asked for a letter of testamentary form and this is what I got. Not at all what I was hoping for. Just spent $20 for nothing. Very disappointed.

This was such a money saver. I was told by someone at the courthouse that I had to have a lawyer prepare the paper work for my mom. They stated that family members couldn't prepare the papers. I was hopeful when I found that I could prepare the survivorship affidavit on Deeds. I was able to prepare everything myself and had no issues today when at the courthouse for all the changes.
