The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.

Using Adobe Reader to fill, save, and send the form is recommended. We also pass along all feedback like this to our team to confirm there are no issues.

Fantastic documents! Easy to complete, looked great after I filled them in and printed them. No problems with the notary or recorder (recorder clerk actually said they see deeds.com documents all the time and they love em cause it makes their job easier). Highly recommend!!

Disappointed on most recent order. Format did not permit changing the "boilerplate" language to change "grantor" to "grantors". In so restricting, could not use pre-printed form to make a joint party conveyance.

Nice site, easy to maneuver around, and walks you thru completing forms. However, at the end, the forms listed poorly explained. It would be helpful to have better explanations of the forms so people know which forms they really need to download.
