When a Release of Lis Pendens document is filed it must contain a proof of service which is an acknowledgment of service by the person served or a certificate of service. In some cases, the clerk will permit a document to be filed but will require the proof of service to be filed promptly thereafter. 9.5(d)

I am not so happy. I did find and purchase the document I needed. But there is one problem. It is in Adobe PDF format only. I cannot enter information into the form.
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you may have been trying to complete the document in your browser instead of downloading the PDF and completing it on your computer. The PDF forms are fill in the blank, that's one of the reasons we use that format.

I used the "personal representative's deed." There were a few errors, after I went to record it at the county recorder's office. For #7, it should've stated "The estate of Joe Schmoe, hereby grants Mr. Personal Representative....." instead of, "I Mr. Personal Representative, as personal representative, hereby grant to personal representative...." The person at the recorder's office said you cannot state "you are granting property to yourself." Just fix that, and everything else is fine.

This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I had originally gone to another site for a Warranty Deed & they wanted double the amount of your price & their website had no examples forms. I am so happy with your site & service. Sign up process was fine. The search could be refined a bit to make it easier. Rather than being presented with a large number of fields and trying to figure out, it say street suffice (Drive, Street, Lane) are needed and with what spelled out, what abbreviated it would be nice to have them presented as questions with examples. The $30 price point of r a deed is way too high for me as an appraiser. This is why I didn't complete the transaction.
