Your Personal Representative's Deed and example for the state of PA were extremely helpful. Exactly what I needed! Two feedback comments: 1. Valuation Factors/Short List in my download is an outdated table dated July 2020. The PA Dept of Revenue website has a more current table dated June 2021. (Maybe same for Valuation Factors/Long List, which I didn't use.) 2. Notarization section on deed page 3 has a gender-related input needed, which confused the Notary Public representative where I live in the state of CO. Notary input the word she to apply to my wife, but wasn't clear to him if the gender input applied to the Grantor or the Notary. He assumed Grantor. Also in our non-binary world, some might find that wording offensive. Thanks again for your documents. Russ Lewis

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. Working with one document at a time every thing was great, but the program will not let multiple documents save independently. When I saved a document and created another document the changes I made on the second document were on the 1st document. No big deal if your printing, but if your saving to email later, its an issue.

The DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION WAS JUST WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED. HOWEVER, NAVIGATING THE ON LINE PROCESS WAS A PROBLEM.. AT ONE POINT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AND LOST CONTACT WITH THE SYSTEM. I FINALLY GOT TO PRINT WHAT I PURCHASED. FOR SUCH I WOULD ONLY GIVE A FOUR STAR RATING.
