Easy to download and use the forms, however two forms needed for my county recording were not included.

This was a seamless process. It probably took one minute to fill out my information and upload the document. It was formatted and sent immediately. It was processed the next day at the county recorders office. I have zero complaints. Before finding this company I spent an entire day calling and leaving messages at other e-filing companies like simplfile and others but they all required subscriptions. I just needed to file a single document now and then so that was not a good fit. (And those companies I found out still require the customer to do all the work!). Deeds.com recorded documents for me without any issue. It's a good service and provides a lot of assistance on its web site. However, I asked for a printed receipt (i.e. an pdf copy of one), but after a staff provided me with an obvious answer, they simply ignored my follow up requests. I also asked a simple formatting question that they should have been able to answer; instead, they passed the buck and referred me to the recorder, which currently is a very time-consuming venture. They also have no telephone number for any issue. Generally, the service saves me the time and effort of physically recording a document, but when you think about $19.00 per recording seems like a steep price for the services rendered.

Easy, simple and fast. I am familiar with deeds in my state and these looked correct. The common missed document of TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE VALUE document was also included. Kudos on being complete.

The experience was generally very satisfactory. I was able to fill out the Trust Deed and send it via email no problem. However, I was not able to send the filled out form of the Note. It always erased my fill-ins when it was sent. I found that very frustrating.
Thank you, Gordon. Glad the Trust Deed worked well. Issues like the one you reported with the Note can sometimes be related to how the file is opened or sent. Using Adobe Reader to fill, save, and send the form is recommended. We also pass along all feedback like this to our team to confirm there are no issues.
