It was a waste of time. I asked a question via your chat service. I received an acknowledgement that you received the question, that you might or might not answer it, and don't bother to reply to you email, as no one would read it. After spending $21 to obtain a Quit Claim Deed form, I realized that I was in over my head. There are a lot of legal considerations and I am not familiar enough with the legal terms and choices to feel confident doing it myself. I since hired a paralegal service to prepare my Quit Claim. The fill-in pdf produced a messy document and several of the fields too small to accommodate the text. A tailorable MS Word document would have been far better. I would not recommend using this product.
