The QuitClaim deed does not provide enough space in the Grantor block at the top of the first page. In fact, all blocks should provide more space.

Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.

The guide I needed was very easy to understand and the template was easy to complete. I had a property attorney review the deed before I had it registered and she was impressed. Very satisfied. Download was easy, completing the form was easy, got our signatures notarized and submitted it to the register of deeds. The only item was that the register of deeds did not immediately recognize the TOD deed form as the usual form they receive. After carefully reviewing all the information and wording on the deed she accepted it.
