I was frustrated by Orange County and all the other options they gave me to submit my paperwork. Deeds.com was the easiest to sign up for and I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. The price is well worth the convenience.

Document was well formatted with the extra help of an example and useful instructions. I ended up with a better warranty deed than I was getting on another website. Worth the small price.

It would be helpful if there were a specific example of putting a deed into a trust. Also, the limitation of characters on the description of the property was not enough.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

The form is so limited in space that I can not fit the vesting information as well as the real property information. The property information, I could put it as Exhibit A. which is not the usual way. Not happy.
Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the available space on the document you received. Per your request we have canceled your order. We do hope you are able to find a solution that meets your needs and the recording/statutory requirements of the document. Have a great day!
