Disappointed. Description of Lien discharge form does not indicate it is specific to Mechanic liens. I'm inexperienced with liens & should have contacted someone before I ordered.

I thought the website was good. But once I paid the money and downloaded the papers I needed for Grays Harbor. I had to end up calling a escrow company that we had worked with only to find out that they work with a slightly different version. The escrow company was kind enough to email me the version Grays Harbor recommends and uses. There is a chance I could use theses in the future.

My sale is a land contract and it is complicated. We were thinking we'd have to get an attorney. Your site is very thorough and helpful. The forms are very confusing when there is so much to download! Trying to keep track and make sure you have everything needed is terrible! I think I have everything but I was under the impression I would be filling it out online and with instructions... I am very disappointed to say the least!
