This was the first time I had ever had to fill out a Warranty Deed, so if it was not for your example form on how to fill one out, I would be still be here completely lost. I’m in Clearwater, FL and needed to record a something in Palm Beach County. Deeds.com made the entire process incredibly simple. It was even much faster and more convenient than going to my local recorder’s office.
