Very good information. Easy access and easy to download. All the forms needed for TOD to be notarized and recorded with the county office. Much better than working with a Trust and the expense of lawyers, especially when several parties are involved and the owner of said property knows exactly to whom the property should go. Deeds.com recorded documents for me without any issue. It's a good service and provides a lot of assistance on its web site. However, I asked for a printed receipt (i.e. an pdf copy of one), but after a staff provided me with an obvious answer, they simply ignored my follow up requests. I also asked a simple formatting question that they should have been able to answer; instead, they passed the buck and referred me to the recorder, which currently is a very time-consuming venture. They also have no telephone number for any issue. Generally, the service saves me the time and effort of physically recording a document, but when you think about $19.00 per recording seems like a steep price for the services rendered.

in one of the reviews, the person said they wished that there was more room allowed for use in the grantor section. the reply was that they were sorry but there was only enough room for what was there considering margins, etc. that is not true. on the forms i downloaded there was plenty of extra room at the top of the page (about 2 inches) that was not being used.

I was unable to end up going through with the deed process on my own as it was out of my realm. I suspect if I knew what I was actually doing when completing a deed, it would of been sufficient. I ended up having to go through an attorney to complete the deed.
