Very happy with the beneficiary deed forms packet. It was helpful to have an example of a properly filled out form. The only suggestion would be is to show where the exemption code should be placed on the form.

This is the first time that I have used this service. An employee at the Clerk and Register office in Arizona suggested that I try Deeds.com to find the form I needed and the county office could not provide. I am a licensed Realtor in Colorado with a 43-year career and this service has not been necessary in my own state but it was extremely helpful in finding a form in Arizona. Everything went well except that any information that I typed in on the computer download moves upward so that the letters or numbers are somewhat elevated above the line that should be even with the words on the form. I think it will be acceptable to the county recorder, but I don't especially like to submit things that appear uneven. I asked for help but just received a robotic reply that said to take steps that I already had done. So unless you know a way to correct this I likely won't use your forms again.

I was counting on deeds.com to help me with a closing I was working on. I stumbled with the instructions but when I recovered there were no problems. The instructions were helpful and the deeds etc. were just what I needed. I give deeds five stars. I am 76 years old and when the application asks for the user's name I always think they want my name. WRONG. I am trying to learn computer speak.
