Promptly recording this document in the same county as the original deed of trust and promissory note serves to unencumber (free up) the title to the related real property. Easement deed contract was easy to complete, however after additional research raises some concerns because the Ohio deed does not list a requirement for witness signatures and does not provide lines or an area for witness signatures. The document does provide the necessary area for the notary information and the grantor and grantee.

Hello, I like how easy the form is to follow. I'm unsure however of how to proceed as what I am trying to do is have my name added to the deed so in event of death I have ownership.
