As a first time user and not having knowledge of how your site worked it was awkward to upload a file and not know what to do next. I found out there is nothing to do next but that after some time looking for a submit button or some kind of confirmation that I was doing the right thing. The download package is very thorough and complete for the Corrective Deed I needed to file. The material is state/county specific and includes a completed example. The price is reasonable compared to an attorney fee from $400 to $600

Helpful, but some of the blanks aren't large enough, particularly when the grantor is an affiant under a small estate affidavit, and that's the reason for $0 consideration.

Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. I definitely don't mind paying the fee which I thought was reasonable.
