This is a specific power of attorney for the purchase of real property, in this form the principal(s) appoint an Agent to perform any tasks necessary to purchase and finance a specific property. There is a "Special Instructions" section where the principal can further limit/define the powers given. Since this document must be recorded it is formatted for county requirements and is governed by Texas laws.
This power of attorney is not affected by any subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney."

It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. it was convenient to have a starting place, however, though the property is in Colorado, the probate is in Iowa, so I had to create my own document because you locked my capacity to edit the form I paid for. If I pay for it, I should be able to edit everything including non fill in text. I could not open it in word, as I normally could.

not enough room for legal description. Wouldn't allow me to enter widow status in owner box. Not clear who to send it to so I printed it out and will ask the notary who I use for recording it.
